Set on a narrow lot with minimal side yard setbacks this project is designed with the intent to maintain privacy. An interior stair crosses through an exterior courtyard splitting the long narrow building. This allows for front and rear yard facing windows on the side façade. The private spaces maintain this directional transparency creating light voids while protecting privacy.
