Oriented to the side yard this project eliminates circulation by blending program. Main spaces activated and passed through. An interior lightness is created with a balance of transparency from all sides of the project. The common space on the base level serving as a plinth to support the overflowing upper level. A volumetric connection between the two levels through a vertical void at the entry provides connection between the public and private spaces.
